Panel 2: Santa, looking confident and cheerful, responds, "Well, of course. Every item!" Panel 3: The elf holds a large phallic ornament and says, "Okay." Panel 4: The elves, now visibly distressed, stand at a workbench. Santa walks out of the workshop saying, "How do you think I made it to the top?"
