It has come to my attention, that the neighbouring towns have been making fun of us." 2. Panel: The mayor raises a fist and shouts: "To that we say, NO MORE!" 3. Panel: The mayor points to a large fountain that looks like a giant phallus while people stand in front of it. White liquid comes out of the fountain. He says: "To celebrate our great city, we have built this majestic fountain." 4. Panel: The mayor stands confidently in front of the fountain, from which white liquid is spraying. He says: "Let us see who laughs last!!!"
