This is a 4-panel comic by War and Peas. Panel 1: A grim reaper is sitting on a bench, reading a book titled "Book of Death." The reaper says to a child, "Yo, kid. Better tie your shoelaces." Panel 2: The child, looking worried and concerned, asks, "Is that how I'm going to die?" Panel 3: The grim reaper, still reading, reassures the child, "Um no, you're gonna die peacefully of old age." Panel 4: The child excitedly runs away, saying, "Awesome! I’m gonna go try heroin!"
