We strive to make sure our artwork and products make you happy. If this should not be the case, we surely want to hear from you.
If your order arrives in a damaged state, please get in touch with your order number. We will reply within 2-3 working days. Please understand that we will ask for photos showing the damage. We will then reship the damaged product, free of charge.

For all other cases (e.g. you entered a wrong size, color or an incorrect shipping address), we sadly cannot send free replacements.
